About the Persian selection My Mother’s Dream
رویای مادرم is a Persian selection of five short stories by Alice Munro, selected and translated by Taraneh Alidoosti: “My Mother’s Dream,” “Face,” “Queenie,” “Post and Beam,” and “Hateship, Friendship, Courtship, Loveship, Marriage.” It is not a translation of one English collection with the same title; the stories were drawn from three different Munro collections, and the Persian book takes its title from one story.
