Marketplace conversations
Buyer–seller messages are stored in their accounts and accessible to authorised Alefba administrators for support, disputes and safety. This is disclosed and accepted before the first message. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Conversations become eligible for scheduled deletion 24 calendar months after the last message; actual deletion depends on the cleanup running, unless a documented, reviewable legal hold applies. Managerial reading does not extend that period, and a report alone does not create exceptional retention.
