«قلعه مالویل» اثر روبر مرل (Robert Merle) با ترجمهٔ محمد قاضی (Mohammad Ghazi)، رمانی پساآخرالزمانی است که در روستایی در فرانسهٔ ۱۹۷۷ آغاز میشود. امانوئل کنت، مدیر پیشین مدرسه و مالک قلعهٔ مالویل، با چند دوست قدیمی در زیرزمین عمیق قلعه است که انفجاری عظیم جهان بیرون را میسوزاند. دیوارهای سنگی و انبار شراب آنها را زنده نگه میدارد.

About Malevil
Malevil by Robert Merle, translated into Persian by Mohammad Ghazi, is a post-apocalyptic novel beginning in rural France in 1977. Emmanuel Comte, a former school head and owner of the medieval Malevil estate, is in its deep cellar with several old friends when a vast explosion burns the outside world. The stone walls and wine cellar keep them alive.
After emerging, the group must produce food, decide whether to welcome or resist new survivors, and negotiate ownership, leadership, religion and law. Encounters with other communities show that rebuilding civilisation is not only a matter of tools and farming; systems of government and collective ethics also have to be created again.
Originally published in 1972, this Niloufar Persian paperback carries ISBN 9789644482625 and Mohammad Ghazi’s translation. Different printings are catalogued at 582 to 590 pages.
