«معسومیت» رمانی از مصطفی مستور است که زندگی چهار جوان در تهران معاصر را با سرگذشت عارفی خیالی در نیشابورِ هفتصد سال پیش پیوند میدهد. مازیار، راوی جوان و نویسندهٔ نمایشهای رادیویی، رابطهها، ایمان، تنهایی و نیاز به فهمیدهشدن را از زاویهای ناآرام و بسیار شخصی روایت میکند.
املای «معسومیت» با حرف «س» اشتباه تایپی نیست؛ انتخاب عمدی نویسنده و بخشی از صدای راوی است. فصلهای کوتاه و رفتوآمد میان اکنون شهری و گذشتهای افسانهای، پرسشهایی دربارهٔ یقین و تردید، عشق و رنج و امکان معصومماندن در جهانی پیچیده پیش میکشند. عنوان رسمی این اثر در بازار حقوق ادبی The InnoSence است و حرف بزرگ S همان بازی زبانی عنوان فارسی را بازتاب میدهد.

About The InnoSence
The InnoSence is a novel by Mostafa Mastoor. It links the lives of four young people in contemporary Tehran with the story of an imagined Sufi in Nishapur seven centuries earlier. Maziar, a young narrator who writes radio plays, views relationships, faith, loneliness and the need to be understood through a troubled and intensely personal lens.
The Persian title’s spelling with the letter “s” is not a typographical error. It is a deliberate authorial choice and part of the narrator’s voice. Short chapters and shifts between the urban present and a legendary past raise questions about certainty and doubt, love and suffering, and whether innocence can survive in a complicated world. The official literary-rights title is The InnoSence; its capital S echoes the wordplay in the Persian title.
AlefBa’s copy is the second printing published by Nashr-e Markaz in 2019. The novel is arranged in 23 chapters and carries ISBN 9789642134403.
