مستغلات ترجمهٔ فارسی Mes propriétés، اثر شاعر و نقاش فرانسویزبان هانری میشو (Henri Michaux) با ترجمهٔ بیژن الهی (Bijan Elahi) است. «دارایی»های عنوان، زمین و ساختمان معمولی نیستند؛ قلمروهای درونی، ناپایدار و خیالانگیزی هستند که راوی میکوشد در آنها برای خود جایی بسازد و در برابر فشار جهان بیرون دوام بیاورد.

About My Properties
مستغلات is Bijan Elahi’s Persian translation of Mes propriétés by the French-language poet and painter Henri Michaux. The “properties” in the title are not ordinary buildings or land. They are unstable, imaginative inner territories in which the speaker tries to make a place for himself and withstand pressure from the external world.
Impossible animals, invented words, transformed bodies and sudden scenes move among prose poetry, miniature narrative, confession and mental drawing. With dark humour and nervous invention, Michaux questions ownership, identity, anxiety, violence and the desire for refuge. The pieces do not form one continuous plot; rhythm, verbal mutation and the relation between writing and visual imagination matter more.
From Mes propriétés to My Properties
Jacques-Olivier Fourcade published the first independent edition of Mes propriétés in Paris in 1929. The texts were later incorporated as the 59-piece second section of La nuit remue in 1935. My Properties is an established English rendering of the title, not promotional wording invented for this product page.
Bidgol published Bijan Elahi’s Persian translation under ISBN 9786007806241. AlefBa’s current record gives 166 pages, the publisher’s catalogue gives 167, and other same-ISBN records give 168. Until the stocked copy’s colophon is inspected, page count and printing information are withheld from Book schema.
