«عصیان» سومین دفتر شعر فروغ فرخزاد (Forugh Farrokhzad) است. مجموعهٔ اصلی ۱۷ شعر داشت که میان سال‌های ۱۹۵۶ تا ۱۹۵۸ در رم، مونیخ و تهران سروده شدند و نخستین بار در ۱۹۵۸ انتشار یافتند. این دفتر پس از «دیوار» و پیش از «تولدی دیگر» قرار می‌گیرد و مرحله‌ای مهم از دگرگونی صدا و زبان شاعر را ثبت می‌کند.
تصویرها و اشاره‌های دینی، اسطوره‌ای و ادبی در شعرهای این دوره با پرسش از گناه، اختیار، آفرینش، عشق، تنهایی و مرگ پیوند می‌خورند. «شعری برای تو» خطاب به کامیار، پسر فروغ، یکی از قطعات شاخص مجموعهٔ اصلی است و جدایی مادر و فرزند را به صدایی شخصی و اعتراضی تبدیل می‌کند.

About Osyan (Rebellion)
Osyan is the third poetry collection by Forugh Farrokhzad. The original collection contained seventeen poems written in Rome, Munich and Tehran between 1956 and 1958, and first appeared in 1958. Positioned after The Wall and before Another Birth, it records an important stage in the development of Farrokhzad’s poetic voice and language.
Religious, mythic and literary imagery is joined to questions of sin, free will, creation, love, solitude and death. “A Poem for You,” addressed to Farrokhzad’s son Kamyar, is among the original collection’s defining pieces, turning the separation of mother and child into an intimate and rebellious poetic voice.
Contemporary editions published inside Iran do not always reproduce all seventeen poems from the historical collection. The number seventeen therefore describes the original work and should not be treated as the verified contents of this particular copy without inspecting its table of contents.
